Windows 8.1 Internet Speed is slow I recently updated to windows 8.1, at first everything was fine, for the first week, but then the performance of my internet speed was low. It has NOTHING to do with my ISP because I am on a 72Mbit/s Fibre Optic plan and my GF's laptop is running Windows 7 and it has no problems.
