While this decision Internet access is so fundamental to daily life - communication, job prospects, information gathering - that it absolutely merits being considered a true human right. Internet is a necessity for people's ability to adequately access their right to freedom of expression of opinion. The aim of this study is to analyze the role that the Internet plays in the enjoyment of human rights and answer the question of whether we may be in the process of recognizing a new right, namely May 26, 2020 · My research shows that internet access should be a human right provided by the government as without it, other human rights—including the right to work and the right to basic education—cannot be adequately realized. Internet is a necessity for people's ability to adequately access their right to freedom of expression of opinion. COVID-19 exposes why access to the internet is a human right
