Connect the two routers with a LAN cable and connect your computer to the second router with another LAN cable. You can also set up the router while connecting wirelessly but it is a bit more difficult.

Also the box of the router states its WRT54GH-EU but on the router itself is WRT54GH only. however there are 13 wireless channels so I assume it is indeed EU version.
