Jun 12, 2020 · Hi! This process was perfectly fine. It was a success -I had my old OS (Kitkat 4.4.4) back in my phone. I decided to downgrade because of several issues I encountered with Lollipop: battery (charging), bootloops, etc. One thing however, after restoring the 4.4.4 Kitkat, my note 4 still auto reboots. I don’t know how to fix this problem.
