Mar 13, 2017 · The DirecTV box has an A/V out connection. I have a cable that has the A/V connection on one end and goes out to the component jacks. When I have this plugged in from the DirecTV box to the TV and turn it to component I get no picture or sound. Do I need a digital converter box or something? Nov 22, 2019 · My Fios TV One STB does not work over my HDMI to IP converter/transmitter system. The box works fine when I connnect directly to TV over HDMI. But when I put in in my AV closet and run it through the HDMI to IP converter/transmitter and then through a receiver and into the input on the TV, nothing.
